和逸酒店共用一個樓，容易走錯，一定要看清楚。定的影音室，感覺很不錯，等於多了個房間，小朋友和大人都睡得舒服。第一次看到榻榻米，小朋友非常新鮮。房間裡就有洗衣機，很方便。早餐一般，不過補充還是比較及時的。

房間的衞生衹有三個字能形容：臟！極臟！床頭櫃都是灰塵，沙發上有汙漬！床單上竟然有血漬！影音間裡全是灰塵、毛髮和食物殘渣！最誇張的是窗簾，拉起來整個房間充滿了浮灰！房間有配備一台洗衣機，但是你連一根晾衣繩或者掛鈎都沒有，衣服要放哪裡？再説下服務，有史以來第一次遇到，人還在房間內還沒出門，打掃衞生的保潔大姐，竟然敲門要進來打掃，説是她吃飯時間到了，讓我們先出去讓她趕緊打掃完，不要影響她吃午飯。早餐部分，馬馬虎虎吧，簡單了點，但是無所謂了，能吃飽就行。

地理位置沒話説，樓下好餐廳很多值得一試尤其是天天見面，四灶兒，鍋美麗。。。而且公交站去哪兒都不遠。走路不遠就到地鐵站早高峰可選地鐵到火車站或機場。整體不錯，早餐種類不少，口味也不錯。房間夠大。設施齊全，有設施，廚房，洗衣機供客人使用。前台小妹太贊，熱情辦事靈活應變滿足客人需求，在此感謝，馬小妹。衞生嘛，房間OK但走廊地毯很髒；而且一出樓梯就滿樓道的煙味很燻人。房間竟然還有煙灰缸。

Booked family room for 3. The room was ok but didn’t look as grand like the picture displayed, and the TV wasn’t working while we stayed there. Bathroom is new and spacious but not elderly friendly. Theres a glass door to the toilet on top of the sliding door to the bathroom area. My mum knocked on her forehead when she went to toilet as it wasn’t visible to her. Service was so so. The morning staffs were really nice, unlike the evening staffs. So it’s a hit and miss. Not sure about public transportation as we took Didi everywhere we go (very affordable price).

Location is the BEST here. Hangzhou’s city centre/xihu road traffic is crazy and we are so thankful for the location of the hotel because it is just 5 min away from heavy traffic so the roads were less congested!! Rooms can be cleaner in terms of the window panes and dust in corners of the rooms. Reception service was amazing. Helped us ordered food takeaway and offered to carry our heavy luggages despite not needing!! Really good service for foreigners looking to visit ❤️🔥

The location of the hotel is good. It's about 5 mins walk to the Shengtangqio Metro. It's in a relative peaceful neighbourhood. There are numerous eateries beside the hotel and across the street to the station. The lady receptionists were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The breakfast spread was average and the menu is the same everyday. However the coffee was good and is available all day. Room service is done by a very cute robot. The room was large and very comfortable with two openable windows for fresh air.

Rooms are old . Everything is dirty . The bed linen and towels falls from old age and has holes . Needs renovation and good cleaning . Also smell is rotten . Everywhere is a lot of dust . Not recommended

Отель милый, персонал приветливый, быстро откликается на просьбы. Но в номере почему-то нет чайных пакетиков - их надо отдельно просить; в 12 дня мне позвонили и сказали выселяться, хотя у меня значилось позднее выселение ( и это и было одним из пунктов выбора отеля); буфет - скорее можно назвать кофе-брейком- чай или кофе на выбор и очень маленькие печеньки к этому. Если не обращать внимания на это- в целом достаточно комфортное место, рядом с центром, но если я поеду а следующий раз - выберу другой отель

設施：硬件維護的不錯，usb充電口也具備。洗浴用品也很便捷，牙刷舒服！衞生：阿姨打掃的很認真，沒有任何毛病。環境：環境是最出乎意料的，在鬧市卻很靜謐！服務：前台小姐姐mia服務態度很好，也給了我們延遲退房的權益！
